How to Ride by iPakket
Discover
1. Download the App
Search for our app on the App Store or Google Play. Download and create your account to get started.
2. Locate a Vehicle
Use the app to find the nearest available scooter or bike. Our map will show you all nearby options.
3. Unlock and start your Ride
Scan the QR code on the vehicle to unlock it. Follow any safety prompts and get ready to ride.
4. Ride safely
Wear a helmet, obey traffic laws, and be mindful of pedestrians and other vehicles. Always park responsibly when you finish your ride.
5. End your ride
Once you’re done, park the vehicle in a designated area shown on the app. Tap “End Ride” in the app to lock the vehicle and stop the timer.
6. Payment
Charges will be calculated based on your ride duration. You’ll receive a receipt in the app and/or you can select to be mailed though your email address.

How do I rent a scooter or electric bike?
Renting with Ride by iPakket is easy. Download our mobile app, create your account, find a nearby scooter or e-bike on the map, scan the QR code to unlock it, and start your ride. No reservations needed — just ride when you need it.
What are the age requirements to rent?
You must be 18 years or older to ride with Ride by iPakket.
How much does it cost to rent?
Pricing is based on a simple unlock fee plus a per-minute rate, clearly shown in the app before you start your ride. This way, you always know what you’re paying for and can choose the option that best fits your trip.
Where can I ride and park the vehicles?
You can ride within the designated service areas shown in the app. At the end of your trip, vehicles must be returned to our physical location or to the designated drop-off points indicated.
What should I do if the scooter breaks down during my ride?
If the scooter suffers any damage, it must be reported from the application where a help number will appear or you can write to the email.
Do I need to wear a helmet while riding?
Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended for your safety. We always encourage riders to prioritize safe and responsible riding.
