How much does it cost to rent an e-Scooter?
The cost of renting an e-Scooter varies depending on the length of the trip and the type of plan selected. We offer minute-by-minute, hourly, and weekly or monthly subscription plans so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
What do I need to rent an e-Scooter?
You just need to download our app, create an account, and register a payment method. Additionally, you need to be of legal age (18+ years old) and have a valid driver’s license.
What is the maximum speed of e-Scooters?
Our e-Scooters can reach a maximum speed of 25 km/h, although the speed may vary depending on local regulations and terrain conditions.
Where can I park the e-Scooter at the end of the rental?
At the end of your trip, you must park your e-Scooter in a designated parking area or in a safe place that does not block pedestrian traffic. Some areas are restricted, and our app will notify you if you are in one of them.
What happens if the e-Scooter runs out of battery during the trip?
Our app displays the battery level before you start your trip. We recommend that you check this information before you set off. If it runs out during the trip, you must park it safely and end the trip in the app.

How far can I travel on a fully charged e-bike?
Our e-bikes can travel between 30 and 50 kilometers on a full charge, although the distance can vary depending on the weight of the rider, the type of terrain, and the level of assistance used.
Is it mandatory to wear a helmet when using an e-bike?
In most cities, wearing a helmet is either mandatory or highly recommended for safety reasons. Although regulations vary by region, we suggest you always wear a helmet to protect yourself during your ride.
Can I use the e-bike on dedicated bicycle lanes?
Yes, our e-bikes are designed to be used on dedicated bicycle lanes. However, be sure to follow local traffic regulations and yield to pedestrians and other cyclists when necessary.
How do I activate the electric assistance on the e-bike?
The electric assistance is activated automatically when pedaling. You can also adjust the level of assistance from the display on the handlebars to make pedaling more or less assisted according to your needs.
What do I do if the e-bike has a technical problem during the rental?
If you experience any technical problems, such as a brake or power assist failure, stop safely and contact our support service via the app. Our team will help you resolve the problem or send assistance if necessary.
