Welcome to Ride by iPakket, a brand operated and fully managed by iPakket Corporation (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, creating an account, or using any of our electric scooters, e-bikes, or related services (collectively, the “Devices”), you (“the User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. This document forms a binding agreement between you and iPakket Corporation.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Ride by iPakket services.
• Identification: A valid government-issued ID, passport, or any other legal country document is acceptable to verify identity.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity on your account and must ensure that no unauthorized users access it.
Rates: Fees include an activation fee and a per-minute usage rate, both displayed in the app prior to each ride.
• Payment Authorization: By linking a payment method, you authorize iPakket Corporation to charge your account for rides and applicable fees.
• Failure to Pay: Unpaid balances may result in suspension or additional fees until resolved.
• Additional Charges: Improper parking, damage, or loss of a Device may result in additional fines as outlined in our Fee Policy.
Permitted Use: Devices are for personal transportation only and must be used in accordance with local traffic laws.
• Geofenced Zones: Certain areas may restrict speed or riding access. Users must comply with in-app notifications.
• Ending a Ride: Users must park Devices in designated areas as shown in the app. Rides cannot be ended in restricted or obstructive locations.
Helmet Use: Users are strongly encouraged to wear a helmet at all times.
• No Intoxication: Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Awareness: Users must remain alert to pedestrians, vehicles, and obstacles. Reckless behavior may result in account suspension.
Inspection: Before use, inspect the Device for visible damage or defects. If any issue is found, do not use the Device and report it immediately via the app.
• Damages: Users are responsible for any damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.
• Parking: Devices must be parked upright in designated areas. Improper parking may result in fines or account penalties.
Accidents: In the event of an accident, report it immediately via the app and seek medical attention if necessary.
• Maintenance Issues: Report mechanical or technical issues using the in-app support function.
Assumption of Risk: By using a Device, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including injury or property damage.
• Liability Release: iPakket Corporation shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses except where required by law.
• Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless iPakket Corporation from claims arising from violations of these Terms and Conditions.
If a Device is lost or stolen during the User’s rental period, the User may be charged up to the full replacement cost of the Device.
• Any intentional damage, vandalism, or misuse will result in account termination and potential legal action.
We respect your privacy. iPakket Corporation complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information such as identification, geolocation, and payment data for the purposes of:
• Providing and improving the service
• Managing bookings, payments, and tracking usage
• Communicating service updates or promotions
• Complying with legal obligations
Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes.
iPakket Corporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of Devices. In such cases, pending payments must still be settled.
iPakket Corporation may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Ride by iPakket App
If you would like to delete your account and any personal data associated with the Ride by iPakket app, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to support@ridebyipakket.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”
In the body of the email, please include:
The email address or phone number associated with your Ride account.
A short statement requesting the deletion of your personal data and account.
Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and proceed to permanently delete all associated user data within 7 business days.
After deletion, your account and all related data including ride history, payment information, and profile details will be permanently removed from our system and cannot be recovered.

Improper Parking Fee
Users must park scooters in designated or permitted areas. A fee may be charged for improper parking, including but not limited to:
Fee: Up to $90
No Parking Zone Fee
Scooters must be parked within approved operating areas. Parking outside designated zones may result in a charge.
Fee: Up to $80
Out of Area Usage Fee
Using or leaving a scooter outside the permitted service area may result in additional charges.
Fee: Up to $150
Retrieval / Recovery Fee
If a scooter must be recovered by Ride by iPakket due to improper parking, abandonment, or leaving the service area, a retrieval fee may apply.
Fee: Up to $95
Damage Fee
Users are responsible for any damage caused to the scooter during use. This includes but is not limited to:
Charges may vary depending on the severity of the damage.
Fee: Up to full repair or replacement cost
Loss or Theft Fee
Users are responsible for the scooter from the moment it is unlocked until the ride is properly ended. If a scooter is lost, stolen, or not returned, the user may be charged.
Fee: Up to full replacement value up to $800
Ride Not Properly Ended
Users must properly end their ride through the app. If a ride is left open or not correctly completed, charges may continue to accrue.
