Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using any Ride by iPakket Device, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, forming a binding contract between you and iPakket Corporation.

User Eligibility

• Failure to Pay: Failure to pay any outstanding balances may result in account suspension or additional fees.

Use of Devices

• Permitted Use: Devices may only be used for personal transportation and must be operated according to local traffic laws.
• No Riding Zones: Geofenced areas may restrict speed or It is the user’s responsibility to follow these restrictions, as indicated in the app.

• Ending a Ride: Users must park Devices in designated areas, as shown in the Rides cannot be ended in restricted areas or areas that block public access.

Safety Requirements

• Helmet Use: Users are encouraged to wear a helmet at all times while using a Device.
• No Intoxication: Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly

Device Care and Responsibility

• Accidents: If you are involved in an accident, report it immediately via the app and seek medical help if necessary.
• Maintenance Issues: Users are encouraged to report any mechanical or functional issues using the in-app support function.

Liability and Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: By using a Device, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved, including potential injury, property damage, and

iPakket reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if there is misuse of Devices or services.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

iPakket Corporation may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Responsibility for Accidents and Collisions

User Responsibility:
The user acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for any accidents, collisions, injuries, or damages that may occur while using iPakket Corporation’s e-scooters, e-bikes and any kind of transportation.
iPakket Corporation shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the user’s operation of the scooter, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or third-party claims.

Helmet and Protective Gear Recommendation:
For the user’s safety, iPakket Corporation strongly recommends wearing a helmet and any additional protective gear, such as elbow and knee pads, while operating the scooter.

Failure to use protective equipment is entirely at the user’s discretion and risk.

Acceptance of Terms:
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user acknowledges that they assume full responsibility for their actions while using the scooter and release iPakket Corporation from any liability.

By using the iPakket Corporation mobile app to rent electric scooters and bikes, you (the “User”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between the User and iPakket Corporation.

By clicking “Accept” in the app, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Use of Service

Liability Waiver – iPakket Corporation Use of Service at Your Own Risk

Using the scooters and bikes provided by iPakket Corporation is entirely at the User’s own risk. By accepting this agreement and using our services, the User acknowledges that:

• Terrain and Weather Conditions: The User is responsible for assessing whether the terrain and weather conditions are safe to use the iPakket Corporation will not be responsible for accidents caused by uneven terrain, adverse weather, or other external conditions.
• Knowledge and Compliance with Local Laws: The User is responsible for knowing and following local traffic regulations, laws, and safety guidelines while using the vehicle.

 

Limitation of Liability

iPakket Corporation will not be held liable for:

• Personal Injury or Third-Party Damage: The User is responsible for any personal or material damage that may occur during the use of our scooters or bikes. Any accident or incident involving third parties is the User’s responsibility.
• Loss or Theft: iPakket Corporation is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during service use.

Safety Recommendations

To minimize the risk of accidents or injury, iPakket Corporation recommends that Users:

• Wear a Helmet: While not mandatory in some locations, helmet use is highly recommended.
• Drive Safely: Users should observe speed limits and avoid dangerous
